Meat quality, seasoning and smoke are the three main ingredients necessary to make great-tasting BBQ, according to Dial. “We source top-grade meat and have our own rubs with up to 14 different spices.”

IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING LOCATIONS!

We are a small, local Virginia cidery that started from a desire to craft something with our hands, a product of science and art. Our fruit comes directly from our orchard in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley. We press heritage apples and cool-ferment the juice to proper dry, and age for more than a year. Our ciders are authentic and simple; not to be confused with highly sweetened national brands you might find in your grocery store
